Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Whisk eggs and sugar, then add milk, butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into dish and smooth top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Do not overmix the batter to keep it soft. Add a teaspoon of coffee for deeper flavor. Serve warm with ice cream or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
