Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  • ¼ cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 5–6 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, cook garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add chicken broth and let it simmer.
  7. Stir in lemon juice.
  8. Return chicken to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
  9. Add toasted pine nuts.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
