A fresh and creamy Chicken Caesar Salad made with juicy chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, crunchy croutons, and a rich homemade Caesar dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil (dressing)
- 2 tbsp parmesan (dressing)
Instructions
- Season and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Let chicken rest, then slice.
- Mix dressing ingredients until creamy.
- Chop romaine lettuce.
- Combine lettuce, chicken, croutons, and parmesan.
- Add dressing and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Add dressing just before serving to keep lettuce crisp. Do not overdress. Chicken can be grilled or pan-cooked for best flavor.
