Description

Best Summer Fruit Salad is a refreshing mix of watermelon, berries, pineapple, peaches, kiwi, and grapes tossed in a light honey lemon dressing with fresh mint. Perfect for summer gatherings and healthy snacking.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 2 kiwis, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 56 fresh mint leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all fruit into even pieces.
  2. Combine fruit in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk lemon juice, honey, zest, and mint.
  4. Drizzle dressing over fruit.
  5. Toss gently and chill 20 minutes before serving.

Notes
