- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 2 kiwis, sliced
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 5–6 fresh mint leaves, chopped
Instructions
- Wash and chop all fruit into even pieces.
- Combine fruit in a large bowl.
- Whisk lemon juice, honey, zest, and mint.
- Drizzle dressing over fruit.
- Toss gently and chill 20 minutes before serving.
