Ingredients
Ground beef (85% lean) 1 lb
Yellow onion 1, diced
Garlic 2 cloves, minced
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Mustard 2 tbsp
Relish 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Buns 4 (luxury style preferred)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Dice onion, mince garlic, and dice relish
Warm buns in oven if using fresh
Cook beef in skillet over medium-high heat until browned
Add onion and garlic, sauté 5-7 minutes
