Description

This bacon savory cake is a soft, cheesy, and flavorful dish made with simple ingredients. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or sharing with friends and family.


Ingredients

  • 200g bacon, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g flour
  • 100ml milk
  • 80ml olive oil
  • 100g grated cheese
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook bacon until slightly crispy.
  3. Beat eggs with milk and oil.
  4. Add flour and baking powder.
  5. Fold in bacon and cheese.
  6. Pour into baking pan.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes.
  8. Let cool slightly and serve.

Notes

Use your favorite cheese. Add olives or herbs for variation. Store in fridge up to 3 days.
