- 750g full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170°C (325°F).
- Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes and cool.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and mix gently.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing slowly.
- Stir in sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, and flour.
- Pour filling over crust.
- Wrap pan with foil and place in water bath.
- Bake 55–65 minutes until center slightly jiggles.
- Cool slowly in oven with door slightly open.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
