- 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place puff pastry on the baking sheet and lightly roll to smooth.
- Score a 1-inch border around the edges without cutting all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix strawberries with granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and cornstarch.
- Spread the strawberry mixture evenly inside the border.
- Whisk egg with milk and brush along the pastry edges.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Warm strawberry jam and brush over fruit for shine. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
