- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the peas by thawing if frozen and patting dry.
- Finely chop the red onion and cook the bacon until crispy, then chop.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine peas, onion, bacon, and cheese.
- Add the dressing and gently mix until well coated.
- Sprinkle parsley and mix lightly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
