- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).
- Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and sugar.
- Press into springform pan and bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
- Stir in cream, vanilla, lemon juice, and flour.
- Pour filling over crust.
- Bake in water bath for 55–65 minutes.
- Cool slowly in oven, then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
