Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash asparagus and trim woody ends.
- Place asparagus on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over asparagus.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
- Toss to coat evenly and spread in a single layer.
- Roast for 10–12 minutes until tender.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
