- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 1 teaspoon water
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Mix crumbs with sugar and melted butter until combined.
- Press mixture firmly into a tart pan and chill for 30 minutes.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Fold whipped cream gently into mascarpone mixture.
- Spread filling evenly into chilled crust.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top.
- Warm jam with water and brush over strawberries if desired.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, use very cold cream for whipping. Pat strawberries dry before placing them on the tart to prevent excess moisture. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Do not freeze as the cream texture may change.
