- 3 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1 tablespoon thinly sliced red onion
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers.
- Sprinkle with a little salt and let them sit for 10 minutes, then drain excess water.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add fresh dill and stir well.
- Combine cucumbers with the dressing and mix gently.
- Add red onion if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use fresh dill for the best flavor. Drain cucumbers well to avoid excess water. You can substitute Greek yogurt with a dairy-free alternative if needed. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
