- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Stir in the sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shredded chicken and mix gently until coated.
- Fold in most of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese, reserving some for the top.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a milder dip, reduce the buffalo sauce and add more sour cream. This dip can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
