Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce


Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken
    Heat a little oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  2. Make the Orange Sauce
    While the chicken cooks, combine 1/2 cup of orange marmalade and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce in a small bowl. Stir until smooth and well blended.

  3. Coat the Chicken
    Once the chicken is cooked, pour the orange sauce over it and stir to coat all the pieces. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken slightly.
