- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Add melted butter, egg, and salt, then gradually mix in flour to form a soft dough.
- Knead the dough for 8–10 minutes until smooth, then cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter over it.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the dough.
- Roll tightly into a log and cut into equal rolls.
- Place rolls in a baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve.

- Use warm milk, not hot, to activate the yeast properly.
