- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into springform pan.
- Bake crust 10 minutes and cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, and flour. Mix gently.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing slowly.
- Pour filling over crust.
- Bake in water bath for 55–65 minutes until center slightly jiggles.
- Cool in oven 1 hour, then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
