Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente and drain.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and whisk in flour to make a roux.
  3. Slowly add milk and cream while whisking.
  4. Cook until thickened, then add seasonings.
  5. Add cheese and stir until melted.
