Description

Ingredients

  • 400g macaroni pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni until al dente.
  2. Melt butter and stir in flour.
  3. Slowly add warm milk while whisking.
  4. Cook until thick and creamy.
  5. Add cheese and seasonings.
  6. Mix with cooked pasta.
  7. Transfer to baking dish.
  8. Top with parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  9. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Notes

Use warm milk for smooth sauce. Add extra cheese for richer flavor. Store leftovers up to 3 days and reheat with a splash of milk.
